We are a group of Girl Scouts in Prescott, Arizona, USA, and our girls have a message:
As a troop we learned that the image myth is real and really hurtful. We all did activities that made us open to how hurtful all of this is, and how we can stop it. Being yourself is the most important thing. If we continue to spread the word of how harmful and false the image myth is, we can stop it for boys and girls. Remember to be yourself and don’t change a thing.
