Day 1
Just finished the first day of the FBM Training. Trainers from all over Japan have come to experience and understand the Free Being Me programme and the activities.
We are inspired by the key messages we have learned: not to be misled by the image myth, to appreciate many, different ways of being beautiful! We learnt that it important to support girls and young leaders to accept themselves. That way the girls will be ready to take action and to pass on the body confidence message and help others to be free to be themselves!
